With a background in design, Pat is passionate about baking and has excellent attention to detail. Every decoration is individually hand-made from her sugar flowers to her Chocolate Ruffles.

Her passion and enthusiasm for both Cookery and Design inspired her to create Pat-a-Cake of Wimborne from her home kitchen,which is based in Wimborne a small town in the heart of Dorset.
